Christine F. Chen, Au.D., CCC-A

Dr. Chen completed her Bachelors of Science from Central Michigan University where she majored in Communication Disorders and minored in Gerontology. She obtained her Doctorate of Audiology from Wayne State University and completed her Audiology residency through Yale School of Medicine. She spent two years as a Lecturer in Audiology at Yale University prior to joining our practice. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is passionate about providing diagnostic and rehabilitative services to both children and adults. Dr. Chen joined Doctor's Hearing Aid Center in July 2014.

Heather D. Fletcher, Au.D., CCC-A

Dr. Fletcher obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Honors Program where she majored in Communication Sciences & Disorders. Her Doctorate of Audiology was also obtained from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in collaboration with Boys Town National Research Hospital in Omaha, NE. Dr. Fletcher spent four years working at a hearing and balance center in Jacksonville, FL before moving to the island of Kauai prior to joining our practice. She is a fellow of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Fletcher joined Doctor's Hearing Aid Center in May 2015.

Marc E. Kramer, M.D. 

Dr. Kramer is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist and Head and Neck Surgeon who has maintained a private practice in La Jolla since 1982. He studied medicine at the Temple University School of Medicine and completed his residency training there after a Surgical internship at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. His clinical interests include Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, Surgery of Snoring and Sleep Disorders and Cosmetic Nasal Reconstruction. Dr. Kramer served as the Chief of the Otolaryngology Section Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla. He was elected to the XIMED Board in 1999.
